PicsArt Photo & Video Editor hangs and crashes on startup

Description:

Some users reported having issues booting the application, where they are greeted with a white/black screen for a few seconds, followed by the application crashing.

Solution:

This might be a problem with your device not having enough memory to properly launch the app. Have a look at all the running applications, shut them down and try again. Likewise, if the problem persists, try shutting down your device and restarting. If the app is still crashing, then a reinstall might be necessary.
