PicsArt Photo & Video Editor disappearing drawing projects
Description:
When using the drawing feature in the app, some users have reported their previously saved work disappearing.
Solution:
Ever since Android 11, there have been changes in the way storage works. When you first run the app after the system update and use any component of the drawing tool in PicsArt, you’ll see a popup message that will prompt you to sync your projects by selecting a specific folder to save your work.
By tapping the “select” button you’ll be redirected to the choose the location of the correct folder to sync your drawing projects.
