Some users have been unable to install their app across multiple devices, specifically, this problem arises when trying to install it on a third device.
Solution:
While it might not be a common occurrence for users to use the same app across multiple devices, there are instances where people found themselves needing to and failing to do so. This is because, by default Adobe only allows two instances of the same account being used across multiple devices – in this case – iOS and Android. If you want to install the app on a third device, you will have to remove it from one of the others used, or simply create a new account.
