White screen appears without menus


VSCO users have reported encountering a white screen when using the app and no visible menu selection or controls.


The cause of this issue had been identified by VSCO engineers as being related to the app’s internal settings. If you happen to have “launch camera by default” enabled. If this is the case, navigate to your profile menu (right next to the “+”), and in the top left corner click on the geared circle where you will find “preferences” where the first option will be to toggle the above-mentioned setting to off. Restart the app after the change.
