Problems saving media

Description:

Users have encountered problems when trying to export (save) their work, both photo or video.

Solution:

 Your first step should be to have a look at the permissions set for the app. To confirm if this has been set correctly, navigate to:

Settings>VSCO>Photos>Allow photo access for All Photos

If you’re still unable to save your work, then there is an alternative solution, by saving the edited photo as a draft. To do this you’ll need to:

  • Select a photo to import into your Studio
  • Edit the photo
  • Slide Save to Camera Roll & Post to VSCO to “Off” position (This enables the Save as Draft option)
  • Tap Save as Draft
  • Select the Draft inside your Studio
  • Select More (Bottom Right)
  • And tape Save to Camera Roll
