Some users have reported not being able to login to the application, which can occur due to a number of different factors.
Solution:
One of the first reasons why you’re unable to login is that the Prisma server may be down and it’s causing the login/account issue. If this happens, try logging in after a few minutes. Likewise, your wi-fi or mobile connection may not be working properly so check to see if the problem is originating there. If you happen to be using third-party social networks to login such as Facebook, Twitter, Google etc, check whether those services are working properly by visiting their official websites. Lastly, while it’s probably not the case, you’d also want to check if you entered your credentials correctly, so re-enter the necessary information slowly and carefully.
