When using the app on an Android-enabled device, users reported getting the “Unfortunately Prisma has stopped” message.
One of the most likely reasons for this happening is a lack of available storage/memory. For your first step, have a look at your device storage (Settings > Storage), followed by a look at the app itself. Navigate to Settings > Application Settings > All and then find the Prisma app. There you will see the option to Clear Cache and Data. Restart the app and, to be on the safe side, restart your device as well.
Please note, as with any popular app, developers are often updating their technology and fixing bugs, so always remember to check if you’re running the latest version of the app as updating may just solve the problem.
