Error when posting video content
Description:
When trying to upload (post) their videos, certain users have been unable to do so and received an accompanying error message.
Solution:
If your app is up-to-date and this problem is persisting, then you should make sure that you’ve met the following requirements with the content you’re trying to upload. The video in question should be:
- no smaller than 360 x 360px and no larger than 1080p
- between 1kb and 1GB.
- no longer than 1 minute
